Had a washing machine and the owners left washing pods. Comfy huge bed A cafe right outside front door serving breakfast and lunch if wanted About a 10 min stroll to the promenade

Iva is so sweet and helpful. She came out to the road and guided us to our parking spot the night we arrived and helped us with our luggage. She even had some treats for us. She really cares about her guests. The 15min walk to and from Old Town Dubrovnik is very easy for any active people. We left our car and chose to walk to and from the apartment without any issues each day. Our stay in Dubrovnik was wonderful and we highly recommend Iva's lovely apartment.

The air conditioning was so nice in the heat of midsummer! The host Marina could not have been more kind and accommodating. She was super understanding when I accidentally broke a hook in the bathroom, and she went above and beyond to provide us with step-by-step instructions for both entry and parking. I was blown away by her level of attention. We will definitely return!

I liked the coffee and the best was: the Seaview from the apartment, absolutely amazing. I very much like the washing machine, kitchen equipment, bathroom in general with hot water to shower.
